New reviews about business services in Junction City, Kansas

  • Just something to think about before I say what I feel would be extremely helpful to anyone making the difficult yet vital decision on who to choose to represent you, the review before me, is the only negative comment, and in general, if they are ignorant, then their opinion mat not be influential or the truth. He asked who put Unruh through law school, well he misspelled through. Just a point to think about when reading reviews However, in my opinion, there is a huge difference in just going through school, and one who has years and years of experience. It's kind of like being BOOK smart, but then learning how to, and when to put that information to use in order to represent someone to the best of your ability. I would like to tell you my experience, as a woman who has not only years of formal education, but also years of experience and worked hard so every time I made a mistake I worked double to not make the same mistake, and the only way to learn is through trial and error. First, Mr. Unruh has many years of experience and is well respected for the knowledge over the years and has developed great knowledge of who and what you are up against in your individual case. I had a traumatic incident occur, where I felt the police were wrong in their decision and felt like I had plenty of documentation to prove who was at fault. I chose to call every single attorney that I have ever dealt with, whether through meeting in social circumstances or past private attorneys I have paid for representation as well as public fenders who had been hired to represent me. One, shot me an email two days later and said they could not help me, good luck. Later, the one whom I have known the absolute longest, has represented me twice privately and once publicly as well as referred a high dollar case to his office after my word that he was to trust with their 5,000.00, was the absolute rudest. He was quick with me and said I can't give you any advice, and I don't represent cases like this. Then hung up. Didn't even offer advice or guide me to who can help. So, I, too, had to make the scary decision to get one who I had no knowledge of and I was terrified of choosing a bad attorney. So, I spoke with several of my friends and acquaintances around town and Unruh I heard often, and if they had him, they loved him, and those who were up against him, said they lost. So, I called prepared to leave a message and a gentleman answered the phone and I couldn't believe I just got straight to him! So I tried to as quickly as possible facts only as well as my thorough documentation and evidence, and he simply said that I would be wasting a neck of a lot of money on this to hire someone...so I asked eagerly, so that means you would be willing to take on such a case??! He said yes, then he asked me a few questions to determine my knowledge of what all was expected of me. I told him that I wanted to represent myself as I had prior paralegal experience in Atlanta, but it was extremely important for three reasons to have an attorney. Then one concern at a time, as I wrote step by step instruction carefully, he told me how to handle it, but by bit, each need, all by myself. Well I told him I would do my very best, but I felt like the demand letter would get laughed at coming from me, then he helped me through, and I did EXACTLY AS HE ADVISED me, and I absolutely was so prepared, had all my ducks in a row, and easily and confidently won my case hands down and it felt like a movie script because everything just fell into place so smoothly, so I never had the time to get nervous or mess up a statement. Of everyone I called, and I didn't even mention those that didn't even bother to respond, he not only gave a free consultation immediately, he gave me very expensive legal advice so thorough that I won. He never asked for a dime, and he didn't know who I was in the slightest yet still gave me his full attention, time and concern. So, I surprised him with flower and gift delivery with a sincere thank you card!!

  • Fantastic company! We worked through Carla Beavers and she couldn't have been more professional from start to finish with the sale of our house! Extremely happy with our experiences and would strongly recommend anyone selling their house to get in contact with Carla!

Worst customer service! Tellers were rude and disrespectful. I will never be returning to this location. The teller refused to take my debit card after verifying my photo ID because I did not sign it. This is something I choose not to do because I have had my identity stolen and credit ruined. So i call the manager, and speak with some woman, who informs me that it is visa's rules and regulations not theirs. After i hung up with her I called Visa. The woman I spoke with at Visa advised me that this in fact not the case. That as long as I provide photo ID there is NO reason to not accept my card. I then continued to file a complaint with visa. So apparently their management is spewing out false information with no remorse for the customers. They already make it incredibly difficult to take a payment without being charged a $15 convenience fee. Im very insulted and displeased with this financial institution. I suggest they train their employees better.

  • First- let me say that good realtors are not easy to find in this area. We originally looked to this business to manage my husband's rental house after his previous property managers really dropped the ball. Natalie, Fort Riley's PM, actually sent us several videos of the disaster she found in the place that our previous PMs ignored. Three years of renting with a company that only wanted to collect a check left the place in shambles. At that point, we decided it was time to get rid of a place where we would never live and no longer wanted the responsibility being long distance. Enter Joy, Natalie's mother and agent. Joy gave us a complete rundown of what must be fixed, really should be fixed and probably didn't need to be fixed. In the end, we chose to fix every thing wrong with the house, hoping that having a move-in ready place would be a big selling point to a house with smallish bedrooms. Joy was as upfront and honest as she could be with us on the entire repair, listing and selling processes. She told us the market was very soft ( we listed it in December) and not to expect anything until spring. She had the repair companies lined up and checked up on all of their work. I honestly don't think she overlooked a single thing on our house. She kept up contact with us and answered our calls and texts promptly. When we had an offer, she spent 30 minutes on the phone with me walking me through the details and offering her professional opinions. She listed the perks and pitfalls of every decision we made. In the end, the buyer got a place that was as 100% perfect as it could be. We got rid of the place that was sucking us dry financially and Joy deserved every single penny of her commission. We didn't make anything on the sale but we also didn't have to bring money to the closing. We did everything from our current post in KY with her handling all of the details from KS. Whenever we retired in 10+ years, I hope we can find an agent as good as Joy in our house search. Had we decided to keep and rent the place, I have no doubt that Natalie would have made sure the place was kept up and care for.
